In order to make massage a part of your regular health and wellness schedule, the question comes up as to how often should one receive a massage. Of course, in an ideal scenario for myself I would get one once a week. But scheduling and finances might prohibit most of us from receiving massage that often. Receiving massage regularly can be compared to how often should one put in a work out at the gym. Most fitness trainers would say it should be 3 times a week to get the most benefit and have the least amount of soreness post work out. And so with massage, I suggest to my clients that the least times should be twice a month or every other week. I have set up a package purchase that consists of 4 appointments.
